I was referred to AVM by the CEO and President of Xerox. Their responsiveness to our needs is extraordinary and their contractors and sub-contractors are experienced and professional. The team at AVM demystifies how everything works and they provide great advice. They make what could be nerve-wrecking projects really easy. We are a small account for AVM but it doesn't matter to their team. We feel prioritized by the level of care they put into our property.

AVM has been really helpful in managing our home. They helped us with an endless amount of tasks as we sold one home and bought another. They have an extremely knowledgeable arsenal of people that are experts in their respective trades. This saved us lots of time and effort. AVM also gives you the option to source other vendors when you want to. One time I regretted not going with one of their guys to complete a custom home project. The work turned out to be sub-standard. I should have chosen AVM for that project.

I live in Old Greenwich and have relied upon AVM for 7 years for new home construction management, maintenance, and general home tasks. Two years ago we had a big storm and a tree came down on our house. AVM was amazingly responsive. They cleared the tree and patched up our French doors, and we were up and running by the next morning. They provide a turnkey service and when I am away from home they will evaluate work and get things done in my absence. They have excelled in everything that I have called upon them to do.

During our first month in our new home, our basement flooded. In 45 minutes Jeff was there with his HVAC pros and the mess was cleaned up with very little damage. The problem was solved with one text, saving us so much stress and anxiety. I enjoy every person on his team. Their electrician and plumber are a pleasure to work with.
